PUSH Tension Release TrainingSM:
Tension Release TrainingSM(TRT) is the critical beginning stage of the PUSH Training Program. It will teach you to release tension while you retrain your muscles. It will also re-train tight, rigid muscles, transforming them into supple, mobile muscles. This will lead to increased range of motion in the joints and a feeling of freedom in all movements.
PUSH Strength TrainingSM:
The focus of PST is to increase strength and endurance while
maintaining and even increasing mobility.
Every muscle group that supports an action (movement) or non-
action (sitting, standing, etc) can be strengthened using the PST
concepts. The emphasis is always on building strength from the
core muscles, out to the extremities. Both are applied using the
body in a unique way, so as to not create tension in the muscles
PUSH Mobility Training SM:
Changing your negative tension patterns into
mobile patterns is accomplished through PUSH
Mobility TrainingSM (PMT). PMT teaches you how
to use your body properly doing any activity and
helps you make the changes permanent.
Seated Endurance Training:
There is no other training like this in the world. It is designed to increase the stamina and build up the muscles required to sit at a computer.
PUSH Tension Release TreatmentSM:
One of the most effective ways to loosen a contracted muscle is called PUSH Tension Release TreatmentSM. This manual stimulation breaks the pattern of contraction and allows more blood to flow back to the tissue, which increases the oxygen levels. Once oxygen supplies are restored to tissue, the chronic tension is released and the muscle begins to return to a normal functional state.
Taught to clients to help reinforce the treatment results as well as to help empower clients to treat their own symptoms. The goal is to duplicate the results that you receive from the therapist so that the tension patterns can continue to change after office visits
